1 avocado

1 celery stalk

1/2 cucumber

1/2 red bell pepper (optional)

1 sm handful baby spinach 

1 Tbl. coconut oil

1 tsp. turmeric

1-2 cloves garlic

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 Tbl. miso paste

1 1/2 cups coconut water (or water)


1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until very smooth.

2. For a warmer experience, pour the soup into a medium pot and gradually heat up until just warm to the touch, so as not to lose the nutritional benefits.


This is a basic recipe. You can add pretty much anything you want, including fresh or dried herbs, spices and any other vegetables you’re into, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli. Anything you’d eat raw, so no potatoes! This soup is surprisingly filling for dinner. A little square of raw chocolate for dessert and you're good to go!
