Ingredients

1 banana

3/4 cup Homemade Almond Milk

1 Tbl. flaxseed meal (or chia or hemp seeds)

2 Tbl. raw cacao powder

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 date, pitted

1 cup spinach, tightly packed

pinch salt

ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency. I like to keep the blender running while I clean up and put everything away. I like my smoothies smooooooth!
