Set up your cutting board, knife and garbage bowl next to the juicer. Wash all ingredients and cut into appropriate pieces. This does not have to mean small pieces, like you'd do for blending smoothies.
Small handful Mint
1 whole Pear
1 head Romaine lettuce
1-2 inch piece Ginger, unpeeled
1 whole Cucumber
1 whole bunch Celery
On low, juice the mint and the pear. Switch the juicer to high and juice remaining ingredients. You may need to add a bit more cucumber and/or celery to reach a full 32 ounces.
Drink daily for optimum health.
