Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients

1 Banana

2 heaping Tbl. Almond Butter

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

2 Dates, pitted

Pinch of Nutmeg

2 Tbl. Raw Cacao Powder

1 Tbl. Ground Flaxseeds or Hemp Seeds

1 cup Spinach

1 - 1 1/2 cups Homemade Almond Milk

Ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in blender, and blend well, at least 2 minutes, while you clean up and put everything away. Really, just let the blender run. You want those dates to be smoothed out!
