berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, whatever’s in season and organic)
chopped up dates
Tbl. of coconut oil
cacao nibs (yummy crunch!)
chopped almonds or walnuts
coconut flakes (unsweetened)
any other superfoods you have on hand that you like
Give it a little stir and start chowing down.
This is an Excellent breakfast idea, especially if you’re feeling lazy and not in the mood to make a green smoothie or juice. It should get you through until lunchtime and if not, have a Kit’s Organic bar or a handful of soaked almonds. Or another cup of tea.
