Ingredients

1 Banana

6 Strawberries

2 Dates, pitted

Ice

1 Tbl. ground Flaxseeds or Hemp Seeds

Generous handfuls of Spinach, loosely packed

1 - 1 1/2 cups Water, Coconut water or Homemade Almond Milk

Directions

Blend all ingredients on high until well blended and smooth, at least 2 minutes.

This could be your go-to breakfast Every morning. Other add-ins include:

Fresh Basil

Coconut Oil

Cinnamon

Maca Powder

Blueberries (the smoothie won't look green)
